No enrollment fee. A 3-month initial enrollment period is required. Your first charge is on the day you join and renews monthly on the same date. Memberships may be paused once per calendar year for up to 90 consecutive days. Treatments expire 60 days after issuance. Benefits are reserved for active members, and any unused sessions are forfeited upon cancellation.
