Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you, so a little notice helps us care for every guest well.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows, defined as missing your appointment without prior notice, will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
For clients using memberships or packages, late cancellations and no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the applicable session.
Please note that all credit card transactions, including memberships, packages, per-session treatments, retail purchases, and cancellation fees, are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
Insurance Policy
The Rejuv Room is a cash-based practice. Payment is due at the time of your appointment, and we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA (Health Savings Accounts), and FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts).
While we are not in-network with insurance providers, many plans offer reimbursement for acupuncture services. Upon request, we are happy to provide a superbill, an itemized receipt you can submit directly to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Reimbursement amounts vary by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider beforehand to confirm your acupuncture benefits and coverage details.
