Cancellation Policy
At The Rejuv Room, we honor your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. This policy allows us to maintain the flow of our treatments and offer openings to those waiting for care.
Insurance Policy
The Rejuv Room is a cash-based practice. Payment is due at the time of your appointment, and we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA (Health Savings Accounts), and FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts).
While we are not in-network with insurance providers, many plans offer reimbursement for acupuncture services. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a superbill, an itemized receipt you can submit directly to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Reimbursement amounts vary by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider beforehand to confirm your acupuncture benefits and coverage details.
